There are ten characters at every staff Christmas party - and the 'Kisser' is the least popular of them all, according to new research.

'The faces may change as quickly as the music at these staff parties but one thing is constant - the 10 staff party characters who are present.

1. The Christmas Kisser

Almost seven in ten (69 per cent) of those surveyed said the Christmas Kisser is the biggest nuisance - and they do everything they can to avoid them.

2. The Peak-too-sooner

The quiet one who no-one notices day-to-day in the office, who takes the party as an opportunity to unleash their inner outrageous self, spilling drinks and dancing on tables.

You can easily spot this staff member glued to the side of their boss throughout the party. They laugh loudly at their boss's awful jokes and buy their boss drinks all night out of their own pocket.

The organizer has a list of everything (including other lists) and has arranged the staff party with military precision.
